  13. I am trying to flash a USR Courier V.34 PCMCIA version with the
  14. latest V.34+ firmware (SDLPALLA.EXE from ftp.usr.com).
  15.  
  16. Upon running SDL_76AE.EXE I get a message saying that the program
  17. failed to handshake with the modem. I tried to lower the bit rate with
  18. no success.  I did this on MS-DOS window from a Windows 95 portable
  19. (T4900CT).

  21. Am I missing something ?
